How to live a healthy, happy life without the hassle of home life

Home is the ultimate escape.

You can spend hours browsing the Internet, reading articles on parenting and learning how to cook, or even spend an entire weekend in the kitchen, eating everything from sushi to pasta.

But if you’re a millennial who wants to live as the average American does, here are some simple tips to get you on the road to the “happy home.”

1.

Live in your own space.

“It’s not just about having a place to sleep,” says Rachel A. M. Cohen, MD, RD, co-founder of The Family Life Institute and author of The Healthy Family.

“The home is the space in which you create and nurture your family and the whole of your life.”

While you’re at it, consider renting or buying a home to start living in.

You may be better off investing in a condo or house instead.

The key to living in your home is your ability to move around and create space.

This means choosing where to put furniture, a television, a garage door or a walk-in closet, and what type of appliances you want to use.

Also, consider keeping your personal space tidy and tidy and your kitchen organized, too.

Cohen recommends keeping a list of the items you want your house to have at all times, and then arranging those items on a regular basis.

It’s a great way to keep things organized.

Get out of your comfort zone.

“When you have a lot of stuff in your house, it’s easy to get overwhelmed,” says Cohen.

“I can imagine the feeling of going, ‘Oh my God, I can’t do this!

This is too much!'”

Cohen also recommends finding a balance between the things you do, and the things that you don’t do.

“Your life should not be dominated by things that make you feel good, like clothes and things that will make you happy,” she says.

“Instead, focus on what is important to you, the things your friends, family and neighbors want you to do, the people you love and the people that you want you and your children to love.”

Cohen also suggests having a routine, like eating breakfast, lunch or dinner.

“Doing a routine allows you to put aside all the stress of the day and get into a routine that makes you feel happy,” says the author.

3.

Spend time outdoors.

“What is the best time of day to get out and walk around your neighborhood?” asks Cohen.

For example, if you live in New York City, you might spend a week exploring your neighborhood, then spend another week outdoors.

You’ll also be able to visit your favorite parks and play a few golf courses or tennis courts.

For many people, the time outdoors can be a time to connect with nature, go for a walk, swim, bike, take a day trip or simply sit in a park and enjoy nature.

Live off the grid.

“We are living in a time where people are looking to move into urban areas,” says Miller.

“Most people would like to get outside, but they also want to be in the forest,” says M.D. Cohen.

This is a time when you can relax, enjoy nature and do things that are not necessarily outdoor activities.

“If you want a natural lifestyle, then go for it,” she advises.

“Go for it and get out there and do it.”

Start a garden.

“A garden can be the perfect way to spend your time and energy,” says Ben R. Johnson, PhD, a family-planning expert at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

“One of the reasons that the first step to getting the most from a garden is to have it planted and to have the plants growing is that it gives you time to exercise,” says Johnson, who also directs the family-focused program at Family Planning Perspectives, a nonprofit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

“Having a place in the garden to grow vegetables and herbs and other food sources will allow you to have a healthier lifestyle.”

Get a backyard.

“Many of us think of the backyard as the place we can sit and relax and do our favorite activities,” says Steinberg.
